As a Data Analyst at Doctena you will:

• Work in a cross-functional role, interacting regularly with Marketing, Sales, IT, and Finance

• Translate complex analyses into concise and easily consumable reports, insights, and recommendations

• Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports

• Create informative, actionable, and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement

• Conduct and coordinate financial, product, market, operational, and related research to support strategic and business planning within the various departments

• Identify and qualify data sources required by business operations and take ownership of the full processes to provide exploitable data to other business units

• Perform data ETL processing from multiple sources, obtaining, cleaning, transforming data to be used efficiently by other departments

• Focus on continuous improvements – push the organization towards new and improved ways to use data to improve business processes and outcomes
