Job Description

Salonkee is seeking an experienced and results-driven CRM Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing effective CRM marketing strategies, with a strong emphasis on email marketing. While this role won't directly manage the CRM software, the candidate will work closely with our operations team to optimize CRM processes and ensure seamless integration.

 

What you will be doing:

  • 1. Strategy Development:
    • Gain a deep understanding of our current CRM infrastructure.

    • Analyze and map customer journeys to identify touchpoints for effective communication and engagement.

    • Propose comprehensive CRM marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.

    • Work closely with the operations team to implement automated workflows and triggers that enhance the customer experience throughout their lifecycle.

  • 2. Segmentation and Targeting:
    • Utilize customer data and analytics to create segmented marketing campaigns, ensuring relevant and timely communication to different customer groups.

    • Implement A/B testing to optimize campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • 3. Execute multi-channel campaigns with a strong focus on email marketing:
    • Oversee and execute email marketing & in-app campaigns, collaborating closely with the in-house graphic designer and content manager.

    • Proactively explore and evaluate new channels and technologies to identify innovative opportunities to reach our objectives.

    • Monitor and analyze the performance of CRM marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to key stakeholders.

  • 4. Data Management:
    • Collaborate with the operations team to oversee the management and organization of customer data within the CRM system.

    • Ensure data accuracy, cleanliness, and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR).

  • 5. Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with the operation and sales teams to ensure seamless integration of CRM strategies with broader business processes.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

  • 5-7 years of proven experience in CRM marketing, with a focus on email marketing

  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective CRM strategies

  • Proficiency in CRM software and marketing automation tools

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in CRM marketing

  • English proficiency and German is considered a strong advantage

Skills:

  • Significant experience in email marketing

  • Knowledge of CRM software and user-journey
