Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Source, screen, and assess candidates for various IT roles, including developers, engineers, analysts, and more.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage candidate pipelines, ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment process.
- Foster long-term relationships with candidates, providing guidance and support throughout their careers.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to better understand candidate profiles.
Business Development:
- Identify and engage potential clients within the IT sector, including startups, established companies, and tech firms.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Present and promote the agency's services, highlighting the value of our expertise and industry knowledge.
- Negotiate terms and agreements with clients, ensuring mutual benefit and satisfaction.
- Proactively identify business growth opportunities and new markets for expansion.
Relationship Management:
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their evolving needs and providing exceptional service.
- Collaborate closely with the team to align recruitment efforts with client requirements and business goals.
- Provide regular updates to clients on candidate progress, market insights, and industry trends.
- Act as a liaison between clients and candidates, facilitating communication and fostering trust.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, IT, or related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in IT recruitment and sales roles, with a strong track record of placing IT professionals.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with both candidates and clients.
- Results-oriented mindset, with the ability to meet and exceed recruitment and sales targets.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
