Our IT recruitment agency is looking for a proactive and dynamic person to join our team.

Responsibilities:

 Talent Acquisition:

  • Source, screen, and assess candidates for various IT roles, including developers, engineers, analysts, and more.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage candidate pipelines, ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment process.
  • Foster long-term relationships with candidates, providing guidance and support throughout their careers.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to better understand candidate profiles.

Business Development:

  • Identify and engage potential clients within the IT sector, including startups, established companies, and tech firms.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Present and promote the agency's services, highlighting the value of our expertise and industry knowledge.
  • Negotiate terms and agreements with clients, ensuring mutual benefit and satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify business growth opportunities and new markets for expansion.

Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their evolving needs and providing exceptional service.
  • Collaborate closely with the team to align recruitment efforts with client requirements and business goals.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on candidate progress, market insights, and industry trends.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and candidates, facilitating communication and fostering trust.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, IT, or related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience in IT recruitment and sales roles, with a strong track record of placing IT professionals.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with both candidates and clients.
  • Results-oriented mindset, with the ability to meet and exceed recruitment and sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French is required; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
