Senior Product Owner (FinTech/B2B Payments) (m/f)

With us you will…

• Product Strategy: Understand and share the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the SaaS product.
• Product Discovery: Keep track of feature and improvement ideas. Attend client and partner meetings, understand and collect the needs, convert those into product functional specifications.
• Backlog Management: Create and maintain a well-defined product backlog, prioritizing features and user stories based on business value, technical feasibility, and customer impact.
• Sprint Planning: Collaborate with development teams to plan and execute efficient sprint cycles, ensuring that user stories are well-defined and ready for implementation.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback, build consensus, and address concerns, maintaining a transparent and collaborative communication channel.
• Release Management: Follow up on product releases, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality features and enhancements to the market.
• Scrum Methodology: Champion Scrum principles and best practices within the team, fostering a culture of agility, continuous improvement, and delivery excellence.
• Competitive Analysis: Monitor the competitive landscape and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in the payments market.

What we expect from you…

• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• 5+ years of relevant experience in product ownership or product management, ideally in a similar context (SaaS product with UI, payment product …)
• Proven success in delivering complex software products using Scrum or Agile methodologies
• Relevant experience with JIRA, Confluence. Ability to efficiently manage incoming and outgoing pipeline in product development workflow (with Jira, Trello or similar tools)
• Proficiency with diagramming (Visio, Draw.io or similar) and wireframing tools (Figma, Axure,  or similar) is considered a strong asset
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Languages: (Very) good command of English with solid writing skills is a must, French would be an asset
• Desire to work in a fast-paced innovation-driven company, working with the company’s founders, with a genuine accountability for tasks and projects
