Financial Controller (m/f)

As such, you will support in all aspects of Tadaweb’s financial and accounting activities to enable a healthy and sustainable growth (and make sure we have enough money to conquer the world).

Scope of work:

• Monitoring ongoing financial operations in our HQ and in our offices abroad

• Overseeing the month-end closing process

• Supporting the annual budgeting process and financial forecasts

• Preparing monthly management reports

• Producing and managing cash flow forecasts

• Creating analytics, reports and dashboards

• Managing relationships with our external service providers (i.e. auditors, lawyers, tax authorities, banks…)

• Continuously supporting the improvement of financial processes

• Leading the implementation of a new ERP, from needs analysis to set up and deployment

• Supporting all other financial matters

Your profile:

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or similar

• 5+ years of progressive experience in a similar role, preferably in a tech company

• Previous experience in a high-growth environment, setting up processes and tools for a young team scaling up quickly

• Previous experience implementing an ERP

• Excellent analytical skills – you love solving problems

• You like sharing knowledge and helping others grow and develop

• You are a team player with a can-do attitude and the ability to create strong relationships

• You are fluent in English and French

• Similar experience in a startup environment

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics

• Experience with data analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau…
