What we are looking for?

A cool, fun team-player who likes project management & modernising traditional banking applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing core-banking projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope for our European banking clients. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Responsibilities for Project Manager

  • Determine and define project scope and objectives, report to head of projects internally.
  • Manage stake-holder expectations & an international team

  • Work in CET timezone
  • Manage stake-holder expectations
  • Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner, manage a team & take regular sprints
  • Follow-up of the planning and daily activities about the implementation of the environments
  • Ensure the link between the teams throughout the duration of the project
  • Ensure daily and weekly reporting with the work-stream managers and CBS Upgrade project manager
  • Assign the right resource who will take charge of the actions, tickets and problem fixing
  • Interactions with teams on objectives, risks and results
  • Technical "Background" Infrastructure: Understanding of new age banking systems like Mambu
  • Very good expertise in people management: motivating, team spirit

 

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of project management and related experience to banking
  • Experience of implementing core banking systems & regulations of EBA, MIFID & PSD2
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively, excellent English speaking skills
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices, technical background preferred
  • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal & crisis management skills, extremely resourceful
  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
