As a fast-growing company based in Luxembourg (with offices in Paris too), we are looking for a Head of Product to support our development.

Your responsibilities

As Head of Product, you will lead the development of our product suite and manage the DEV team. You'll work cross-functionally with our engineering, design, marketing, and customer success teams to create the perfect online experience for Hosts and Guests to share offices.

• As the Head of Product, you own the fiveoffices.com platform, our main asset, from a functional perspective. 

• You are part of the Fiveoffices Leadership Team.

• You also manage the DEV team (6 people), supported by a Tech Lead.

• You are the local office head, i.e. you animate the office life and are responsible for the office culture.

• You develop the product vision.

• You interact with customers, design, marketing and sales teams to collect the business requirements, distill overall product direction together with the leadership team, and define periodical product roadmaps.

• You derive from the business and product roadmap detailed project plans and product requirements, with clear milestones and deliverables.

• You help define technical specifications with the development team and follow-up the delivery in a precise, timely and meticulous manner.

• You ensure product lifecycle and testing.

• You monitor competition and similar platforms/solutions to identify changes, innovations and gaps.

• You continuously improve product management and DEV delivery processes.

• You support the upcoming Fiveoffices international expansion.

We are looking for you !

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or related field; MBA or other relevant graduate degree is a plus.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in software product management.

• Significant and hands-on experience in a similar position and similar company.

• A good understanding of Web/API Application Infrastructure and Architecture.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong analytical ability and familiarity with data analysis tools.

• A can-do attitude which allows you to strive in a fast paced and entrepreneurial environment. 

• You are fluent in English. Any other language such as French or German is considered as an advantage.
