We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and lead the company's growth and evolution in the competitive landscape of Luxembourg media.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with the CEO to develop and execute the company's strategic vision and operational plan.
Oversee and manage day-to-day operations, including editorial content, events, sales, marketing, and business development.
Develop and implement effective processes and procedures to optimize company performance and efficiency.
Collaborate with department heads to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Lead the company's expansion efforts, including new revenue streams and market expansion.
Develop and manage budgets and financial forecasts.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a COO, General Manager, or similar executive-level role in a media or related industry.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective business strategies and operational plans.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a track record of driving change and innovation.
Knowledge of the media industry and understanding of current trends and developments.
Experience managing budgets, forecasting financial performance, and analyzing financial reports.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or relevant experience.
