Who We Are

Next Gate Tech is a Luxembourg based data management-as-a-service and analytics company that provides smart automated solutions for the Asset Management Industry. Leveraging the rapid emergence of cloud based computing frameworks, we are looking to add an experienced Client Services Manager to support our growing operations, maintaining and developing trustworthy relationships with our customer base and users.

As a Client Services Manager with Next Gate Tech, you will have the opportunity to apply previously attained knowledge and expertise in all aspects of the fund industry to offer best in class servicing to our clients, delivering on ambitious and challenging targets to achieve a high level of happiness and satisfaction.

What You Will Do

  • Understand clients’ technology, operational infrastructure, fund structure and business vision
  • Identify, and communicate clients’ requests/needs to various business functions, operational and support teams to deliver on client expectations
  • Assist in the day-to-day client related operations, using the communication channels in place (face to face, emails, calls, JIRA)
  • Centralize within JIRA client requests in relation to the platform enhancements, new features or additional needs, in collaboration with the CRM
  • Compile periodic board reports, Key Performance Indicators and scorecards for clients, organizing operational due diligence reviews on a regular basis to address questions, comments, and open points
  • Review risk logs and support, coordinate and communicate incident resolution as necessary

What YOU will bring to the team

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the Asset Management industry, with a deep understanding of all aspects of the fund life cycle
  • Demonstrated client experience management/service leadership experience coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A team player who respects diversity, exercises good judgment and is committed to providing the highest level of customer service and client care
  • Excellent solutions-based problem solving skills to support clients’ needs
  • Organized and methodical in customer approach actions, with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Bilingual in English and French is strongly preferred
