Product Specialist (m/f)

Who We Are

Next Gate Tech is a Luxembourg based data management-as-a-service and analytics company that provides smart automated solutions for the Asset Management Industry. Leveraging the rapid emergence of cloud based computing frameworks, we are looking for a highly organized Product Specialist who will be responsible for defining, establishing and maintaining the information and documentation framework for all internal and external product needs, supporting detailed product-related customer queries while also developing training material as required.

As a Product Specialist with Next Gate Tech, you are responsible for understanding the features, benefits, and technical aspects of the product and using that knowledge to communicate effectively with customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders.

What You Will Do

• Work with the Product Owner and Technology Chapters to create new product documentation that aligns to the product roadmap and development plans
• Provide support to the Customer Experience and Business Development teams as Level 2 in the company's escalation process, in interactions with clients or prospects on product or methodology related topics
• Implement tools to support client sensitization, training and education on all the company's products and methodologies
• In conjunction with Customer Experience, Deployment and Business Development, obtain feedback from clients and/or prospects to ensure we are meeting customer product documentation and information needs, at whatever level required
• Represent Next Gate Tech in industry bodies at industry events where relevant to regulatory developments pertaining to the product as necessary

What YOU will bring to the team

• BSc. in a technical field or equivalent, with over 2 years of focused product management experience in SaaS or other software development environments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non technical individuals
• Front office or other relevant experience covering different investment/portfolio management strategies and methodologies
• A “full-spectrum” thinker, able to zoom into the critical details whilst also keeping high-level customer needs and business objectives front and center
• An enthusiastic self-starter who can work with minimal supervision and generates innovative solutions to tough problems
• A good overall level of understanding of the asset management industry and fund industry operations
