Apart from professional services, we run a fully capable in-house design studio along with our leading consumer products for UK & European markets. Luxembourg( 3/4 days office in a week)

What we are looking for?

A cool, fun team-player who likes project management & networking. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing transformation projects for our Luxembourg based clients. The role also involves networking actively with the clients & in the community. Ideally staying in & around Luxembourg with a valid work permit.

Responsibilities for Project Manager

• Determine and define project scope and objectives, report to head of projects internally.
• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner, manage a team offshore & take regular sprints
• Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
• Have passion towards developing new digital products & transformation
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
• Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
• Utilise industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
• Coordinate with global development team based out of Mumbai & Bangalore.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of project management and related experience
• No degree required, however Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively, excellent English speaking skills along with one native language(French or German)
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices, technical background preferred
• Strong interpersonal & crisis management skills, extremely resourceful
