Backend Developer (Java) (female/male/all genders)

Description:

Our growing software team seeks a Backend Developer to help us develop new applications. You will be working with a close team of engineers, helping design software from the ground up to Integrate with Zortify's AI technology.

 The position Is based in Luxembourg, with a flexible work-from-home policy.

Required Skills

• A strong background In Java development and the Spring framework
• Experience working with 3rd party integrations, working with APIs, and developing plugins
• Familiarity with common development tools such as Git, Maven, SQL, etc.
• Experience in developing secure applications
• Strong communication skills to gather requirements from other teams & plan appropriately
• Ability to work independently to overcome engineering challenges and prioritise tasks
• Fluency In English

Ideally…

• Experience developing containerised applications
• Experience working with React on the frontend
• Experience with templating engines such as Thymeleaf
• Hands-on mentality and agile thinking
• Fluency in German or French
