You will be in charge of your marketing budget and prioritizing spending to maximize qualified leads. For this reason, some level of seniority is required. Passbolt is an open source and technology company innovating in the field of cybersecurity. Consequently, our Lead Generation Manager must have a good understanding of open source and cybersecurity as well as the specificities of this market.
Our strategy is Product Led Growth. You will be expected to understand the technology and products we are building inside out to develop and execute creative and appealing campaigns including cpc campaigns, seo, email marketing, direct mail, influencer marketing etc.
You should be highly analytical and measurement-driven, allocating marketing resources to areas that yield the highest returns.

Create an overall lead generation strategy to fill the sales funnel as efficiently as possible;
Manage your marketing budget and prioritize your spending to get the most qualified leads;
Create and implement lead-generation strategies that deliver significant volumes of qualified leads, such as SEO, email marketing, social media, and new marketing channels;
Measure and report the cost of each marketing channel's lead and customer acquisition, and adjust spending to maximize ROI;
Identify new opportunities, examine industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' marketing strategies.
3+ years of B2B online marketing program experience, with a focus on lead generation;
Experience in the software industry;
Proven success in online lead generation;
Expertise in a wide range of lead generation strategies, such as SEO, email marketing, content marketing, PPC, and social media;
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven, results-oriented approach are required;
Outstanding verbal communication, business writing, and copywriting abilities;
Excellent project management and organizational abilities;
Tech-savvy, with experience in marketing technologies (CRM, marketing automation, web analytics); html. Ahrefs/Semrush and Hubspot are a plus;
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and self-sufficient worker;
A pleasant and considerate attitude.
