Job Description


We are looking for a hands-on Communications & Content Marketing Manager who will define, plan, coordinate and handle our digital and offline communications, brand and content strategies, campaigns, actions and production efforts. Your mission will be to promote both our products and our company at all levels and from all perspectives, and make sure all dimensions of our brand strategy are effectively covered. A genuine interest and relevant marketing experience with FinTech B2B software-as-a-service products targeting the (Luxembourg) financial industry would be an advantage. Besides digital advertising, direct marketing, company and product web site management, B2B events handling, employer branding, media partnerships, content and social media marketing are key ingredients to our marketing mix. Copywriting about our products, the company and client/partner success stories, as well as proofreading (in English) are a part of the job, and so are partners, suppliers, agencies and freelancers relations management. You will work in close collaboration with product, business development and talent management teams, as well as the company’s founders and management. Brand ambassadorship and monitoring will also be part of the job.

With us you will…

  • Take the lead of the company’s digital and offline communications, brand and content strategies, campaigns, actions and production efforts: define and handle both digital and offline advertising and direct marketing efforts, company and product web site management, B2B events participation, employer branding, media partnerships, content and social media marketing

  • Define strategies and budget based on product, sales and recruitment roadmap and goals, as well as corporate and brand objectives, validate with management, carry out and be accountable for execution towards top management, monitor, adjust if needed and report results

  • Define and run the company’s content marketing strategy, leveraging all channels and partnerships such as the corporate and product newsletters, the web site (news, success stories …), social media channels, media partnerships, press releases, partner channels, events, awards/competitions, by drafting, editing, proofreading, and publishing content and contributions (in English)

  • Contribute to product promotion and marketing, descriptions, presentations, advertising through company and product web sites and pages, portals, partner web sites, ads on social media and other digital channels, brochures, flyers, decks

  • Communicate with all levels of the organization, internal, cross-functional and external, and keep stakeholders up to date on project status, also acting as a single source of project information

What we expect from you…

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in communications/marketing for B2B FinTech products, B2B software(-as-a-service) or B2B services for the financial industry, or alternatively in other digital B2B product/SaaS contexts

  • Languages: native or near-native English, and solid writing skills in English are a must, at publishing-ready level – French would be an advantage

  • An in-depth knowledge of key success factors in B2B/FinTech digital product marketing, relevant channels, tone of voice, content types and topics, social network, digital media and media partnership strategies, B2B event marketing, direct marketing and other relevant catalysts

  • Being familiar with product contexts and needs covered by Finologee (KYC, payments, digital interaction and process digitalisation in finance …) and consequently the ability to quickly help shaping the company’s product and brand narratives and build sound marketing strategies would be a true advantage

  • A good understanding of the Luxembourg financial industry, the market structure for wealth management and private banking, asset management and servicing, (life) insurance, e-money and payment institutions, their processes, requirements in contexts and pillars covered by Finologee and decision-making processes would also be considered a strong asset

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, finance, marketing/communications or other

  • A desire to work in a fast-paced innovation-driven company, working with the company’s founders, with a genuine accountability for tasks and projects
