As a key partner at Fiveoffices, you actively participate in building the image of Fiveoffices and recruit the best suited talents to match our fast paced and dynamic company culture. You will have the opportunity to show your extensive knowledge in talent acquisition to source, develop your network and conduct the recruitment and onboarding process from A to Z.

Responsibilities

  • You actively collaborate with the management to define the recruitment plan and budget and can adapt to changes if needed.
  • You provide advice on the best suited recruitment channels to attract a pool of talented people.
  • You screen, interview candidates and closely collaborate with the management on the recruitment selection.
  • When needed you recruit passive candidates and gauge chemistry of candidates for fit and motivation.
  • You build and maintain network of potential candidates through proactive market research, on-going relationship management and attendance to relevant events.
  • You participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, selection of the best suited ATS, creation policies and procedures on recruitment and remuneration practices.
  • You convey the image of Fiveoffices as an innovative, dynamic and thriving company which hires hard-working and the best profiles.
  • You follow-up on the contract signature and onboarding of new employees with the Operations Manager.

Your Skills

  • You are fluent in English. Any other language is considered as an asset.
  • You have a successful significant experience in recruitment preferably in the recruitment of IT profiles
  • You have a strong network and strong knowledge of candidate generation, recruiting or sourcing experience.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced and start-up environment, can roll up your sleeves, work hard, have fun, and get the job done.
