As a Business Developer you are responsible for the development of our business in your region. You manage and develop a book of real estate accounts building our brand and strong market presence. As the representative of our band and key player to our success in your region, you ensure all phases of acquisition and market success from strategy development to relationship management.


  • You elaborate and develop the sales strategy for the market in your region.
  • You build and manage partner relationships within your assigned territory.
  • You develop and maintain a strong knowledge of your assigned market relating to local trends and market practices.
  • You prospect and onboard new real estate opportunities in your region.
  • You represent Fiveoffices in your region through external meetings with professional landlords.
  • You ensure clients’ awareness on products and product changes and report the feedback to the relevant internal stakeholders.
  • As the main contact person in your region, you provide an answer and deliver relevant services to your clients in a timely manner.
  • You hold regular calls and business reviews with your partners.
  • You develop strong and long-lasting partnerships.
  • You work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure our long-term market success.


  • You have 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, business development or growth.
  • You have a proven track record of being able to effectively maintain and develop a book of business.
  • With excellent communication and presentation skills, you are able to communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and in-person.
  • You are able to work within tight deadlines, adapt to changes and balance short-term needs with long-term strategic initiatives.
  • You are a charismatic self-starter, resourceful and self-sufficient professional.
  • You have an Experience in the real estate market.
  • You are fluent in English and French/German.
