As a technology company offering a SaaS B2B to the fund industry, the deployment of our solution is a crucial step in the customer experience. The Deployment Engineer team is part of the customer experience chapter. It acts as the main point of contact for deploying our technology solution, both for onboarding and daily production oversight. At Next Gate Tech, we are a customer-centric organisation; the deployment engineer team is therefore the grant of delivering our technology and analytics to our clients.
To keep track with the fast growing environment, we are looking for an experienced Deployment Engineer, with advanced programming skills and understanding of numerical and quantitative methods. Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, with a passion for detail, the ability to think out of the box and to identify new opportunities to improve existing processes. This is a key position with the potential to make an immediate and significant impact on the company development. The Deployment Engineer acts as a reference in handling the deployment process of new clients in our production environment, collaborating with other teams to ensure the quality of the deployment and dealing with a broad range of topics, implying a continuous learning track.
