Job Description

Looking for a mission-driven, highly motivated sales specialist to join our team.

 

 

We are hiring a strategic and highly motivated sales representative to scale outbound efforts, support inbound sales, and head partnerships to join our mission-driven team to give every child an equal opportunity to learn.

 

About you

  • You have experience in B2B sales in education or technology sales (edTech sector preferred but not required)
  • Strategic and process-driven seller who constantly exceeds revenue goals
  • Previously demonstrated success in consultative sales and partnerships
  • Sales cycle management experience
  • Adept at inbound and outbound sales and pipeline creation and management
  • Strong customer relationship management skills
  • Good organizational skills and written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to gather and use data to inform decision-making and persuade others
  • Ability and desire to work in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced and fast-changing environment
  • Positive, can-do, team-player attitude
  • Languages: English and French (Additional plus if you also know German/Portuguese/other languages)

 

Expectations

  • Align with marketing efforts to develop our sales funnel and pursue the sales and partnership pipeline
  • Utilize your knowledge and experience of the EdTech sector to drive customer decision making and close sales deals
  • Provide feedback through field activity to help inform sales, marketing, and product efforts
  • Consistently meet and exceed outbound calls, lead conversions, first meetings, prospecting activities, email campaigns, and pipeline growth KPIs
  • Ability to travel as required and attendance at regional conferences as needed
