Looking for a mission-driven, highly motivated sales specialist to join our team.
We are hiring a strategic and highly motivated sales representative to scale outbound efforts, support inbound sales, and head partnerships to join our mission-driven team to give every child an equal opportunity to learn.
- You have experience in B2B sales in education or technology sales (edTech sector preferred but not required)
- Strategic and process-driven seller who constantly exceeds revenue goals
- Previously demonstrated success in consultative sales and partnerships
- Sales cycle management experience
- Adept at inbound and outbound sales and pipeline creation and management
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Good organizational skills and written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to gather and use data to inform decision-making and persuade others
- Ability and desire to work in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced and fast-changing environment
- Positive, can-do, team-player attitude
- Languages: English and French (Additional plus if you also know German/Portuguese/other languages)
- Align with marketing efforts to develop our sales funnel and pursue the sales and partnership pipeline
- Utilize your knowledge and experience of the EdTech sector to drive customer decision making and close sales deals
- Provide feedback through field activity to help inform sales, marketing, and product efforts
- Consistently meet and exceed outbound calls, lead conversions, first meetings, prospecting activities, email campaigns, and pipeline growth KPIs
- Ability to travel as required and attendance at regional conferences as needed
