We are looking for

As a member of Travelsify’s engineering team, you will be working with innovative technologies in the fields of explainable artificial intelligence, cloud computing, big data, and
recommender systems.

Your teammates are international hands-on specialists from different fields and backgrounds fostering a friendly but also demanding startup culture.

We want you to drive impact, bring experience and creativity building innovative products in the real world from the ground up. Your peers should see you as a field expert, ready for new challenges, and go to you with their toughest problems.

You should be comfortable solving problems in a creative way, jumping in the unknown and learning new skills on the fly.

Must-have skills

  • Degree in Information Security or Computer Science
  • Proven Experience in DevOps in production environments
  • Having worked in (public) cloud environments (like AWS, MS Azure, …)
  • Deep knowledge of docker on Linux – orchestration system like Kubernetes are considered a plus
  • Bash programming and system administration is still a must.
  • CI/CD solutions like Jenkins or GoCD
  • Willingness to automate and document changes
  • Source code management (git)
  • Structured way of thinking, having security and reliability in mind
  • Speaking and writing English fluently
  • Ability to work in a small, intense, international and high-growth start-up environment

Nice-to-have skills

  • Worked with High-Availability/cluster and load-balancing solutions 
  • Knowledge of IT Security Controls/Policies and how to apply them 
  • Knowledge of programming languages (python, java, PHP, ...)
