  • Collecting feedback from our Ninja team to understand user needs and behaviour
  • Ensure the design documentation for next features are ready
  • Creating wireframes and prototypes
  • Driving brainstorm activities and feedback sessions
  • Facilitating user interviews
  • Writing micro-copy

We need you to:

  • Be able to translate complex product requirements into intuitive user flows and interactions
  • Have experience creating a range of deliverables like task flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mock-ups, UI components and design documentation
  • Be proficient in Sketch or similar tools like Figma, Adobe XD
  • Have excellent communication (in English) and relationship-building skills: to collaborate with all roles from technical and business teams, to customer facing roles and senior leadership
  • Embrace the collaborative design process and be receptive to feedback
  • Understand and appreciate agile product development, and the role of design within that

Your get bonus points if you have the following:

  • Have 2+ years of professional experience, but we also like fresh graduates and hungry scrappers
  • Are familiar with User Centered Design and Design Thinking methodologies
  • Have good knowledge of Human Interface Guidelines & Material Design Guidelines
  • Can drive user research and work with the Product Owner to translate user needs to product/design requirements
  • Display a flexible mindset and mould your skills, process and deliverables to the unique needs and deadlines of the project
  • Have experience working in agile organisations
  • Enjoy drinking a good beer ;-)

Our offer:

  • The unique opportunity to be part of a fast-growing startup story
  • The chance to join a human focused company that genuinely cares about their employees
  • Events, such beer-o-clocks each Friday, annual offsites, family parties, Christmas events and so much more
  • Flexible working environment - as long as you get done what needs to get done, you are generally free to do it in the way that works for you
  • Tada swag, use of our (Tada-constructed) arcade machines, table tennis, nerf guns, rubber ducks, tiki bar and overall craziness
  • The chance to work in one of Tada’s incredible global offices including our brand new 4000m2 Luxembourg Tadaplex
  • Access to learning tools, interesting tech and business challenges, and growth potential
