Document management : Intake, archiving and version management for ALL FUNCTIONS
Scanning of Mail (Invoices, etc…)
CRM (Odoo) data quality management, user guide management, + provide training for new employees
Provide back office support for the sales team
Coordination with external payroll service provider + Employee vacation planning
Marketing content editing (Brochures, Presentations, webinars, photos, etc…)
Manage digital marketing updates (website, Linkedin, …)
Organisation of events (Team lunch, conferences, exhibitions, …)
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, French and German are a must.
Additional language skills (Luxembourgish, Dutch, …) are a plus.
Innate curiosity and open to continuous learning and improvement.
Superior interpersonal skills with confident and charismatic approach to people.
Ability to take initiative and work independently.
Exceptional organizational skills.
Good familiarity with word processing, spreadsheet and database applications.
Educational background : Bac +3 or equivalent
3+ years of experience in a similar function
